Alana De La Garza has earned a reputation in the television. De La Garza born 1976 to an Irish mother as well as an Irish mother and a Mexican father from Columbus Ohio. It wasn't long before she moved to Texas. There, she began a career in the field of physical therapy. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on different roles as an actor in independent local film as well as international commercials. Despite the small parts she quickly discovered her passion to act. She moved to New York and in 2001 she landed her first part on the daytime soap All My Children as Rosa Santos. In the early 2000s she had small roles on JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. Her first major series appearance was in the 2004 short-lived drama The Mountain. De La Garza, who was Maria Serrano on The Mountain was fortunate to have starred alongside a number of the top TV stars, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget and Mitch Pilegget. Her most famous role was Law & Order, where she portrayed A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared on 85 episodes. Following a brief time, her character moved over to Law & Order: LA. The character of De La Garza received several nominations which included Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She has also been awarded ALMA Award nods. In 2008, she received the Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for Outstanding performances for a Dramatic Television Series. In the next few days, De La Garza was cast on CSI Miami in a recurring role. She was Marisol Delko, the wife of the character of David Caruso Horatio Caine. In NBC's dark, dramatic thriller Do No Harm she played the role of Dr. Lena Solis. After just two episodes, the show was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress has a nationality of Italian as well as having a 10 year old younger brother named Cory. Her family was an extremely religious and conservative family. Milano was only seven years old old when her babysitter took Milano to a talent show. Milano was among four girls selected out of thousands of hopefuls. Milano was featured in TV commercials and off-Broadway shows including the very first American musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
